Duties and responsibilities
* Supervision of artisans and staff involved in maintenance of Council’s Institutions and Installations.
* Initiation of procurement of materials and tools used in the above.

Qualifications
For appointment to the grade of Works Officer III salary scale 10, a candidate must have the following qualifications:-
* Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education mean Grade C- or its relevant and equivalent qualification from a recognized institution.
* A Diploma in either Building, Civil, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering or its accepted equivalent and relevant qualification from a recognized institution.
