JOB PURPOSE:
To leverage ER Olympics plans for building the equity and share of P&G corporate brand and the multiple brands, by bringing the Olympics plans to life through ER activities.
JOB SCOPE:
§ The primary purpose of the role is to execute ER Olympics strategies for East Africa to support P&G brands in line with the overall plans on marketing. The objective is to build internal and external stakeholders (including employees, consumers, customers, industry associations, media) awareness and bonds to P&G and its brands via employee, stakeholders and trade PR events. In this role, the intern will:
§ partner with the SEA Olympics team to fully leverage regional scale in executing strong ER plans.
§ serve as a single point of contact for all ER Olympics plans, guiding our PR agency in execution of all plans.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
The Intern is accountable for executing all ER Olympics plans. The overall responsibilities cover :
· Executing all Olympics ER programs in line with the overall SEA Olympics plan
· Working with SEA Olympics team to leverage and maximize Olympics plans with stakeholders bringin to life the biggest initiative for FY11/12
· Working with the PR agency to ensure excellent execution of pre-aligned plans.
· Running the PR events,
· Developing a strong relationshiop with the PR agency
· Ensuring integration of ER Olympics plans into marketing plans & budget appropriation
· Evaluating the outcomes and measure results on each of the PR activities

Qualifications
Summary of Job Requirements:
* Minimum education of a University Degree in Business or Marketing or Communications.
* Strong skills in leadership, and excellent in communication.
* Good command of the English & local language
* 0-3 years working experience.Be willing to face a new challenge every day.
