Job Title: Director, Finance & Resource Mobilization

Reporting to the Managing Director, the position will be responsible for ensuring mobilisation and effective and efficient management of the Authority's financial resources. The person will be responsible for and not limited to;
Development and implementation of all financial policies and systems as well as advising on their implications.
Ensuring implementation and operation of sound financial accounting systems at KenInvest.
Preparing and implementing a resource mobilization strategy to support actualization of Authority’s strategic plan.
Establishing and maintaining sound working relationships with Government, Development partners and other stakeholders.
The interested candidates must;
Masters Degree in Business Administration.
have a Bachelors Degree in Commerce (Accounting Option), or equivalent and relevant qualifications from a recognized university and a Must be a CPA (K) certified or posses any other relevant and equivalent qualifications from a recognized Institution.
Served for at least 10 years, 3 of which must be in the grade of Finance/ Accounting Manager or a comparable and relevant position in a busy organisation.
Have strong IT skills.
Demonstrated Experience in Resource Mobilization.
The candidates should have proven leadership qualities, be a person of integrity, be a strong team player, and possess excellent communication and management skills. Knowledge of government and donor financial regulations and procedures is an added advantage.
