Nairobi (Kenya), Maputo (Mozambique), Windhoek (Namibia), Tripoli (Libya) A strong background in sustainable urbanization, public service delivery, housing development and livelihoods particularly in conflict and post conflict areas is required. GENERAL POSITION SUMMARY: The Deputy Chief of Party (DCoP) – "Yes Youth Can" will work under the direction of the Chief of Party (CoP) and provide oversight of all Yes Youth Can activities.
